This school was previously a Hidden School, and thus is not available at Character Creation and must be taught in game. This school also requires the prerequisite of purchasing at least one level of the Advantage: Dreamwalker. This can be purchased at Initiation if the character did not start with it.

This ancient school was lost to history, and has only recently been rediscovered. It's said it works with the Dreaming directly.

Abilities

Level 1 - Initiate

Reality Strike (attack, contact, strike) - adds damage to a normal strike (adds to base damage of weapon)
Tagline: "Vital Strike X". (see the Vital Strike description for progression at higher levels).

Consume Spell (defense, cloak) - if you catch a packet on your dreamweave cloak, you can absorb the spell, dissipating it harmlessly and restoring one point of mana to yourself. This ability will not raise you above your maximum Mana. If the spell does not hit your cloak, you take the effects as normal.

Level 2 - Apprentice

Night Terrors (attack, contact, strike) - this strike calls on the power of Nightmares to drive Fear into the heart of your target.
Tagline: "Fear Strike X". (see the Vital Strike description for progression at higher levels).

Is This Real Life? (defense, cloak) - by tugging a fold of Dream around you, you are able to disappear from view, though you are unable to move.
Tagline: "Camouflage"

 

Level 3 - Devotee

Haunting Blow (attack, contact, strike) - this strike calls on the power of Dream to torment your target with visions of things that don't exist.
Tagline: "Hallucination Strike X". (see the Vital Strike description for progression at higher levels).

Use Your Illusions (defense, cloak) - the Dream protects you from an attacker, striking them with a sense of Confusion for 10 seconds, during which time they can take no actions and may even wander off.
Tagline: "Triggered Confusion"

 

Level 4 - Master

Decisive Strike (attack, contact, strike) - the Dream guides your hand, allowing you to sense your opponent's thoughts enough to prevent them dodging out of your way.
Tagline: "Truestrike X". (see the Vital Strike description for progression at higher levels).

Dream Shield (defense, cloak) - the Dream itself protects you and yours, allowing you to physically deflect spells as if they were weapon blows. You can also protect those within 5 feet of you.

Level 5 - Grand Master

Living Nightmare (attack, strike) - your opponent is trapped physically by an unseen force and plunged into the depths of the Dreaming. This is a Prison effect that inflicts the victim with Nightmares level 5. See Plot for effects. Even when released, the Nightmares persist for one day, and only the caster or a Master Dreamwalker can release you.

Dream Buffer (defense, cloak) - the Dream guides your hands, allowing you to angle your cloak to send a spell back at its caster.
